The kitchen of Antalya includes many foods and specialties, including:
 Peas (made with tahini, garlic, nuts, and boiled cereal). Spicy hibis mixed with cumin and tahini. Kofte tender, kebab tender, domatis sevice, shakshoka, and various cold mediterranean dishes with olive oil. One local peculiarity is boiled lupine seeds, which are eaten as a snack.
 Grida (also known as Lagos or Mediterranean grouper) is a common fish in local dishes.
